The Hunter jacket reflects the quiet elegance of the American hunter ring, where turnout and tradition remain central. Inspired by Lillie Keenan’s roots in the equitation and hunter ring, it is tailored with classical lines and balanced proportions to create a refined silhouette while allowing effortless movement over a course.
Lillie helped re-develop the pattern to support that balance. The sleeve is set slightly forward and the shoulder line carefully refined to eliminate tension across the back when releasing over a fence. The result is a coat that maintains a composed, elegant silhouette throughout the round.
Riders may choose between our proprietary technical performance fabric or fine British and Italian wools - natural, breathable fabrics, woven in beautifully lightweight cloths for riders who prefer a more traditional look.
Whether competing at the Maclay Finals or riding in the junior equitation divisions, the Equitation Coat is designed to present the rider with quiet confidence and classical polish.
