So please don’t worry – Flying Changes will always support customer purchases.

Purchase of an in-stock or standard size item:

If the jacket arrives and it doesn’t fit, you can simply return it to us, unworn, within 10 days of receipt, in the original packaging, with the labels still attached for a full refund. Please contact us for the address of your nearest stockest in the US and it may be returned there. 

OR:

We can advise you whether it is possible for minor alterations to be undertaken by a local seamtress. sleeve lengths for example, or to make minor adjustments to body widths. Our garments are made using classical european tailoring and therefore most alterations, within the tolerance of the seams are possible.

If the garment requires fully customised measurements, we will remake the garment for just $135.00 including return shipping. We will work with you using the photos and feedback from the standard size to establish exactly what we need to do.   

Purchase of a garment where you have already submitted your own measurements following our step by step guide. 

If the garment arrives and it does not fit well, we will either help you have it adjusted by a local tailor and contribute $100 to the cost or we will remake the coat free of charge for you.
